About Bone ShibaSwap

BONE is an ERC-20 token designed to power the governance mechanism of the Shibaswap platform. The token will allow users to vote on various decisions, such as listing new assets on Shibaswap and proposals for funding various projects. As with other blockchain-based voting mechanisms, the more tokens a user holds, the more weight their vote carries in the decision-making process. Essentially, BONE will be the engine that drives the development of the Shibaswap platform and its surrounding ecosystem.

One unique feature of the BONE token is its relative scarcity compared to other Shib tokens. BONE has a total supply of 250 million tokens, much less than the quadrillions of other Shib-based cryptocurrencies such as SHIB and LEASH. This limited supply will make BONE more valuable and therefore give more power to those who hold it. Additionally, BONE will be distributed in a fair launch that is meant to reward early holders of Shib tokens, with a snapshot being taken of ownership before the launch of Shibaswap. 

The creation of a governance system via the BONE token is significant for both the Shibaswap platform and the Shib community as a whole. It will provide a more democratic decision-making process for platform development, creating a more user-driven ecosystem. BONE is not the only token that will be used within the Shibaswap platform. The other two Shib tokens, SHIB and LEASH, will also play an important role. SHIB, the original Shib token, will be the base currency for Shibaswap, allowing users to swap other cryptocurrency tokens for SHIB. LEASH, however, is designed to be a more scarce and exclusive token. It will be used as a utility token within Shibaswap, allowing users to reward liquidity providers with a portion of the trading fees generated by the platform. LEASH will also be the focus of staking rewards, allowing users to earn a return on their investment by locking up their LEASH holdings.
